This Graphus release notes comprises of two important features.
Features
1. The MSP Settings Page
The MSP Settings page is one-stop place that hosts settings of various types that can be managed and configured for MSP end customers (organizations) from a central location.
Every section present on MSP Settings page is provided with three common buttons with very specific functions. The first is Save as Default, the second is Apply, and the third is Save as Default and Apply.
Save as Default: This button saves the default settings at MSP level, which will be applied to organization which MSP will onboard in future.
Apply: This button selectively applies or propagates settings to single or multiple organizations without making any changes in default settings.
Save as Default and Apply: This button saves the default settings at MSP level along with the option to apply or propagate the selected features to single or multiple organizations.
1.1 MSP Branding
The MSP Branding section is where you can apply your own brand (logo and colors) to Graphus daily and monthly reports and EmployeeShield®. However, Graphus provides its own default branding if you do not want to use your own branding. This section is divided into two subsections which are Reports Branding and EmployeeShield® Branding.
- Reports Branding is customized branding in the form of logo and colors to daily and monthly reports.
- EmployeeShield Branding is customized branding in the form of options such as organization name, background color, colors for links etc.
1.2 Whitelisting
You can now enable whitelisting for your organizations. Whitelisting can be done by choosing one of the three options - Whitelist Sender Domain, Whitelist SMTP Mail From Domain or Whitelist IP Address.
1.3 EmployeeShield® Application on Suspicious and Not Yet Trusted Senders
In addition to Quarantine and other types of EmployeeShield® that Graphus applies by default, you have the option to enable additional types of EmployeeShiled® to be applied on Suspicious and Not Yet Trusted Senders as alerts.
There are three customizations available as follows.
Apply EmployeeShield® when an email is received from a Suspicious or a Not Yet Trusted Sender
Apply EmployeeShield® when an email with attachments and links is received from a Suspicious or a Not Yet Trusted Sender
Apply EmployeeShield® when an email with authentication failures (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) is received from a Suspicious or a Not Yet Trusted Sender
2. Respective Organization’s Settings Page
Three new sections – Reports Branding, Whitelisting and EmployeeShield® Application on Suspicious and Not Yet Trusted Senders – have been added.
2.1 Reports Branding
You can now introduce customized branding to daily and monthly reports in the form of logo and colors. Graphus provides its own branding if you do not want to use your own branding.
2.2 Whitelisting
You can now enable whitelisting for your organizations. Whitelisting can be done by choosing one of the three options - Whitelist Sender Domain, Whitelist SMTP Mail From Domain or Whitelist IP Address.
