The EmployeeShield banner is a patented technology by Graphus that flags suspicious phishing emails. The banner has embedded links to take certain actions by the user.

There are two interactive links present on the banner.

1. Report Phishing: Clicking this will remove the email from all recipients’ inboxes and move it to the Deleted Items/Trash folder. It will also provide a feedback loop back into the system that this was a legitimate attack, and the system learns from this action. This helps in deciding whether future emails from this sender should be flagged or not.
2. Remove Banner: Clicking Remove Banner will remove the banner from the email. It will also provide a feedback loop back into the system that this was a genuine email, and the system learns from this action. This helps in deciding whether future emails from this sender should be flagged or not.
