After you have configured your Autotask Integration--you'll need to enable it so it's ready for your Organizations to be added to the Autotask Integration (see "How Do I Add Organizations To My Integration?").
On your home page, scroll down until you see the Integration Section.
Your Autotask or Connectwise Integration will show and if you look at the far right of the row--just click on "Enable" and it'll be ready for Organizations to be added to the Integration.
