Autotask - Error - "Ticket Creation Failed: Data Violation: Queueid Is Required"



If you experience the error "Queueid is Required"--it's because the Autotask Ticket Queue field is missing.

Here is how to add it.

1. On your Autotask Integration row--click on "Edit"



2. Create "Add Field Mapping". (the new field will appear at the bottom of the selections)

3. Scroll down the list and select the field of "Ticket Department Name OR Ticket Queue Name (integer)". 

4. Then you can select what Queue you'd like the tickets to appear in.



5. Save or Save and Submit a Test Compromise Ticket.
