How can we access the IDA API?
RESOLUTION
To access the IDA API, you will need to create a ticket with our Support Team and provide them the following information.
1. Static IP Address(es) from where the API calls will be made.
2. An IDA user username. You will leverage this user's credentials to access the services through the Basic Authentication method.
Once Support has confirmed that the API services have been enabled. You may reference our API documentation by login into API user and navigating to Support > API Documentation.
