QUESTION
My domain is registered for monitoring, however, it is not showing in the Cyber Threat Overview or any of the reports.
RESOLUTION
- Navigate to your home page, find the organization in question and click on "Monitor"
- Remove the domain that is being monitored, but not showing in the Cyber Threat Overview or any of the reports by hovering over the domain until the delete button is displayed.
- Removing the domain will remove any associated notes that you may have had and this will be deleted.
- Type the domain in the search value field, then hit the '+' button to add the domain.
- Scroll down, and hit save.
*Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the records to be uploaded to the DarkWeb ID User Interface.
