I did not receive my Passly email for enrolment

If you or your users have not received your enrolment email after signing up for Passly, please follow these steps.

  • Mail Servers trusts email from @mg.kaseya.com, @Kaseya.com @passly.com
  • SPAM filters trusts email from @mg.kaseya.com, @Kaseya.com @passly.com
  • Local Users mail application trusts email from @mg.kaseya.com, @Kaseya.com @passly.com
